Summary

We are seeking a process-oriented Merchandise Planning Assistant to join our Merchandise Planning team. This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling brand at the center of our growth engine. The primary focus of this role is ensuring that all supply chain and inventory data are processed accurately and efficiently to maintain the integrity of our SAP ERP system. This role provides direct support to the Planning and Logistics teams to ensure operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive data integrity by managing the end-to-end processing of purchase orders in SAP.

  • Support the Logistics Coordinator with precise data entry for inbound and outbound shipments and delivery timelines.

  • Execute and maintain stock holds within SAP to facilitate inventory rebalancing between wholesale and eCommerce channels.

  • Generate inventory reports in SAP and Looker to provide the team with visibility into stock levels and movement.

  • Perform regular data audits to ensure product descriptions, attributes, and master data remain consistent.

  • Troubleshoot basic data errors and escalate system issues as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve overall team efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of SAP experience with a proven history of exceptional data accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a commitment to continuous skill development.

  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

  • Clear and confident communicator capable of presenting data updates with clarity.

  • Growth mindset with a natural curiosity and proactive problem-solving approach.

  • A passion for retail, performance apparel, and ideally, the game of golf.

Salaries & Benefits
