Group Orders

Whether you are planning a buddies golf trip or outfitting your company, we are happy to work with you on an order. We offer group discounts and custom embroidery on orders of 12 or more units.

Group Order FAQs


1. What is the turnaround time for a corporate or group order?
The standard turnaround time is two weeks from the date the order is finalized, however this is subject to change during our busiest times of year. Our support team is happy to provide more detailed information regarding turnaround times based on your specific needs.


2. Can I have my club's logo embroidered on group and corporate order items?
If you place a group or corporate order directly through Holderness & Bourne, we cannot embroider your club's logo on your items.

If you wish to include your club's logo on group or corporate items, you will need to place your order through your pro shop.


3. Can styles and colors be mixed and matched to meet the group/corporate order minimum requirement?
Yes. You can mix and match styles and colors to meet the minimum.


4. If items are available on the website, does that mean they are available for a group or corporate order?
Even if you see an item in stock on the site, it does not necessarily mean we have it in stock for a group or corporate order.

Our Group and Corporate Orders Manager will work with you to find an assortment of items that will work for your group based on our wholesale availability at the time of your order.


5. Can I place a group or corporate order online and receive the discount?
No. Group and corporate orders must be placed directly through our Group and Corporate Orders Manager to receive the discount.


6. Can you embroider hats and bags?
We are happy to offer customization on any of our bags. We do not currently offer customization on our hats or visors.


7. Do you carry women's apparel? 
We do not carry women's apparel at this time, however we have relationships with several women's golf apparel brands that we can recommend.

Women's apparel must be ordered directly from these brands and then can be shipped to our warehouse to be embroidered alongside the other items in your order.

We do not facilitate samples or orders from these brands, but are happy to connect you with them.


8. How do shipping charges for group and corporate orders work?
Shipping charges will be calculated upon completion of the order as they are determined by the number of boxes and weight. The shipping total will be communicated to you in your final invoice.


9. Does the Free Standard Shipping on Orders of $150 or more apply to group & corporate orders?
No. Free shipping on orders of $150 or more applies ONLY to eCommerce orders.
