Returns

START A RETURN and receive a pre-paid return label for all eligible items.

  • Return requests for separate orders cannot be submitted together. You must submit a request for each unique order number. The returns must be packaged separately and shipped separately using the return label you received for each order.

  • If you wish to submit a return and exchange request for the same order, you may ship the items back together in the same packaging with the same return label. 

  • If you wish to receive both a refund and store credit as part of your return, you must submit separate requests and ship the items back separately.

  • DO NOT return items from separate orders using the same packaging and/or return label. Each return label is specific to a unique order and the items in the original order. If you combine items from separate orders, your return and/or exchange cannot be processed properly and you will not receive a refund for the items that are not linked to the label. 

    Exchanges

    START AN EXCHANGE and receive a pre-paid return label for all eligible items.

    • You will be presented with multiple exchange options upon initiating your exchange request.

    • If you wish to submit a return and exchange request for the same order, you may ship the items back together in the same packaging with the same return label. 

    Free Returns*

    We are proud of the quality of our products, and hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.

    If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, however, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges for unembroidered items that are unwashed and unworn within 60 days of the item's original delivery date. We will even cover the cost*.

    • Free return shipping applies to domestic orders only. 

    • Canadian orders are eligible for refund only and a return shipping label will not be provided. Return shipping charges for Canadian orders are the customer's responsibility

    • In order for an item to be eligible for a refund or exchange, it must be returned in its original packaging and new condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached).

    • You must drop your return package with a USPS agent at a USPS location. Do not leave it in a USPS dropbox. Please request a USPS drop off receipt and keep the receipt until your return is delivered back to us to ensure we can confirm drop off should any issues arise. We are not responsible for return packages if a USPS drop off receipt is unavailable. 

    • If you are not using one of our pre-paid shipping labels, we recommend using a shipping service that can provide you with a tracking number. Holderness & Bourne is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.  

    • Please note that items with logos and personalized bags are ineligible for return or exchange, except in the event of damage or defect to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Should you experience an issue of this nature, contact support@hbgolf.com.

    • Gift boxes cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded

    • Please note that e-gift cards are non-refundable. 

    Refund Processing 
    • After your return is delivered back to us, we will issue your refund within 4 business days. Once your refund is issued, there may be additional processing time before your financial institution posts the credit to your account. 

    • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your account will be credited for the original amount paid, less any shipping costs, upon receipt and processing of the returned item(s).
