We do not have a retail store at this time. Our products can be purchased on hbgolf.com and from Greengrass and Speciality retailers across the country.

Orders

Orders placed on a weekday before 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally be processed and ship the next business day (M-F).

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift boxes or gift wrapping at this time.

You can enter a gift note in your cart by clicking THIS ITEM IS A GIFT. This note will be printed on the invoice that is included with the order.

Promotions & Offers

No. Unfortunately we are only able to offer free standard domestic shipping on your first order with email signup.

The offer does not apply to orders shipping to Canada.

If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the original order date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment.

Shipping

All orders placed on a weekday before 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. (EST), including Overnight Delivery orders, will generally be processed and ship the next business day (M-F).

For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.

We ship internationally to Canada only.

We hope to offer expanded international shipping in the future. 

Any duty and/or VAT charges incurred for Canadian shipments are payable by the customer at the time of delivery without exception.

VAT and duty charges are not included in the $35 DHL International shipping charge for Canadian orders. 

We offer standard shipping via USPS or FedEx, depending upon your preference. 

Express ShippingFor express shipping orders, the customer can select USPS or FedEx as their carrier at checkout. 
Overnight ShippingFor overnight orders, we use FedEx. 
Canadian ShippingFor Canadian orders, we use DHL International.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for unembroidered items within 60 days of the item's original delivery date.

Canadian orders are eligible for refund only and a return shipping label will not be provided. Return shipping charges for Canadian orders are the customer's responsibility

Please use our Online Returns & Exchanges Form to submit your return request. U.S. orders will be provided with a pre-paid USPS return label.

You can exchange any items in your order using our Returns & Exchanges Form.

Canadian orders are eligible for refund only.

When we receive the original item(s) that you are exchanging, we will ship your new item(s). If you chose an Instant Exchange, your new item will ship immediately and the items you are sending back must ship within 14 days of your exchange request.

After your return is delivered back to us, we will issue your refund within 4 business days.

Once your refund is issued, there may be additional processing time before your financial institution posts the credit to your account. 

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

Your account will be credited for the original amount paid, less any shipping costs, upon receipt and processing of the returned item(s).

The sizing survey takes less than a minute, and you'll receive a customized size recommendation for every product on our site upon completion.

All of our styles are tailored fit. We do not offer a tailored fit and a regular fit. 

Our shirts are cut to have more of a tailored, athletic fit than "classic" or loose fit shirts.  They are not overly fitted, but definitely slimmer than most classic brands.

Our shirt styles such as The Maxwell, The Perkins, The Demaret, etc. differ based on fabric and pattern.

All styles feature the same signature tailored fit for which we are known. 

We have long-sleeved performance, cotton and button-down styles. 

Our polo shirts are offered in four fabrics. Performance pique, performance jersey, cotton pique and cotton jersey.

We cannot embroider your club's logo on any items purchased directly through Holderness & Bourne. Items customized with a club logo must be ordered through your pro shop. 

Yes. Our Wayfare Collection bags can be personalized with initials using the thread color, font and embroidery placement shown in the example photos on each product page.


For orders placed by 12PM EST on a given day, please allow 3 business days from the order date for embroidery.

For orders placed after 12PM EST on a given day, please allow 4 business days from the order date (shipping time not included).

Shipping time is typically 3-4 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping. If you have a specific in-hand date by which you need a personalized bag, feel free to reach out to support@hbgolf.com to discuss expedited processing. 

Please note that bags with personalization are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of damage or defect to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Should you experience an issue of this nature, contact support@hbgolf.com.

Group & Corporate Orders

Yes. Please visit our Group Orders page for additional information on ordering our products for your next group or corporate golf outing. 

The standard turnaround time is two weeks from the date the order is finalized, however this is subject to change during our busiest times of year. Our support team is happy to provide more detailed information regarding turnaround times based on your specific needs. 

If you place a group or corporate order directly through Holderness & Bourne, we cannot embroider your club's logo on your items. If you wish to include your club's logo on group or corporate items, you will need to place your order through your pro shop. 

Yes. You can mix and match styles and colors to meet the minimum. 

Even if you see an item in stock on the site, it does not necessarily mean we have it in stock for a group or corporate order. Our Group and Corporate Orders Manager will work with you to find an assortment of items that will work for your group based on our wholesale availability at the time of your order. 

No. Group and corporate orders must be placed directly through our Group and Corporate Orders Manager to receive the discount. 

We are happy to offer customization on any of our bags. We do not currently offer customization on our hats or visors. 

We do not carry women's apparel at this time, however we have relationships with several women's golf apparel brands that we can recommend. Women's apparel must be ordered directly from these brands and then can be shipped to our warehouse to be embroidered alongside the other items in your order. We do not facilitate samples or orders from these brands, but are happy to connect you with them. 

Shipping charges will be calculated upon completion of the order as they are determined by the number of boxes and weight. The shipping total will be communicated to you in your final invoice.        

No. Free standard domestic shipping applies ONLY to eCommerce orders.
