Do you offer bag personalization?
Yes. Our Wayfare Collection bags can be personalized with initials using the thread color, font and embroidery placement shown in the example photos on each product page.
For orders placed by 12PM EST on a given day, please allow 5 business days from the order date for embroidery. For orders placed after 12PM EST on a given day, please allow 6 business days from the order date (shipping time not included).
Shipping time is typically 3-4 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping. If you have a specific in-hand date by which you need a personalized bag, feel free to reach out to email@example.com to discuss expedited processing.
Please note that bags with personalization are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of damage or defect to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Should you experience an issue of this nature, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The cutoff date for personalized bag holiday orders is 12PM EST on December 17, 2018. Delivery in time for the holidays cannot be guaranteed for bags ordered after this date.

How do I return an item?
