Summary

Holderness & Bourne is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Customer Service Professional to join our team. This full-time role serves as the primary internal contact for our valued Corporate and Greengrass customers. The professional is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and providing essential operational assistance to our internal Corporate Sales Representatives and traveling Territory Sales Representatives. This position is instrumental in facilitating sales and driving meaningful growth for the H&B brand. It offers a significant opportunity to build relationships and support a dynamic, rapidly growing sales team

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, friendly, and professional relationships with Corporate and Greengrass customers, ensuring a detail-oriented approach to all interactions.

  • Inbound Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the internal point of contact for all inbound customer inquiries related to products, services, order status, account setup, and complaint resolution.

  • Sales Team Support: Provide dedicated administrative and logistical support to our Corporate and Territory Sales Representatives, particularly when they are traveling, to ensure seamless customer service.

  • Product and Inventory Expertise: Accurately provide customers with detailed technical product specifications and current inventory availability.

  • Event and Digital Support: Assist in the development of event proposals, manage microsite build-outs, and support general event management logistics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The right candidate will be a team player and an excellent communicator who is highly motivated, well-organized, and efficient in time management.  The role may be based in our New York office or remote.

Location/Travel Requirements:

This position will be based at our headquarters at 12 Labriola Court in Armonk, New York, or remote-based. The role should anticipate traveling to major trade shows 3-5 times per year.
