Holiday Ordering
Holiday Order and Shipping Information:
‘Tis the season! As the holidays get underway, we encourage you to check off your shopping list as early as possible to ensure that your gifts arrive on time.
Rest assured that our team will do everything in our power to provide the best possible ordering experience, but we cannot control your packages once they depart our warehouse.
The shipping cutoff deadlines for each shipping method are detailed below, however they are subject to change by the carriers.
We recommend that you order by the following dates:

Standard Shipping: 12/15/24 at 12PM EST

Standard Shipping (Canada): 12/15/24 at 10AM EST

Express Shipping: 12/18/24 at 10AM EST

Overnight Shipping: 12/19/24 at 10AM EST
Holiday Closures:

Our Customer Service team will be unavailable on Christmas Eve 12/24/24 and Christmas Day 12/25/24.

We will respond to inquiries received on those days on the next business day.

Holderness & Bourne fulfillment will shut down at noon EST on Monday, 12/23/24 and will reopen on Thursday, 12/26/24. Orders received after noon EST on 12/23/24 will ship on Thursday, 12/26/24.
Order Processing:

Orders placed on a weekday before 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally be processed and ship the next business day (M-F).

For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges
We will continue to offer a 60-day return and exchange window for items purchased this holiday season, so you have plenty of time to return or exchange items that don’t work out.

Bag Personalization
The deadline for bag personalization is 12/16/24 at 10AM EST.
Please note that bags with personalization are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of damage or defect to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Gift Wrap
Our gift wrap is $10 and features a distinctive navy branded box fastened with festive red ribbon. Items inside the box will be wrapped in branded tissue paper.
Both the gift box ($10) and a complimentary printed gift note can be added at checkout.
All orders that include a gift box will have prices hidden on the invoice.
Gift Wrap Details

Limit of one gift box and one gift note per order.

Our gift box fits three shirts, two layering pieces or two bottoms.

The box cannot accommodate The Byers Duffel Bag, The Marston Banker Bag or The Tervis Tumbler or hats and visors.

The items in your order will be packaged in the gift box unless the number of items exceeds the box capacity. In that case, we will send the box, ribbon and tissue so you can package the items as you see fit.

If you would like multiple gift wrapped packages, you will need to place multiple orders.

Gift boxes cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Holiday Ordering FAQ:
1. Do you have a Black Friday and Cyber Monday discount?
Join our email list to receive free standard shipping on your first order, updates on new product releases and access to exclusive upcoming promotions.
2. Do you offer price adjustments?
Yes. If merchandise that was previously purchased at full price is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the original order date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment.
To receive a price adjustment, email support@hbgolf.com. Please include your original order number with your request.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Due to a high volume of requests, please allow 3-5 business days for refund issuance.
3. Does the free standard shipping on orders of $150+ include Express, Overnight, and International shipping?
No. We are proud to offer free standard domestic shipping (i.e. ground shipping) on orders of $150+.
Express, Overnight and International shipping will incur the normal additional charges.
4. What is the last date that I can place an order before the holidays?
To ensure on-time delivery, please order by the dates outlined above.
The last day to order ahead of the holidays is 12/23/24, but delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed. Orders received after noon EST on 12/23/24 will ship on Thursday, 12/26/24.
5. What is your holiday return & exchange policy?
We are happy to accept returns within 60 days of the item's original delivery date. We will even cover the cost*. See our full return policy here.

Free return shipping applies to domestic orders only. Return shipping charges for Canadian orders are the customer's responsibility.

In order for an item to be eligible for a refund, it must be returned in its original packaging and condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached).

Please note that bags with personalization are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of damage or defect to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Should you experience an issue of this nature, contact support@hbgolf.com.
6. Do you offer bag personalization?
Yes. Our bags can be personalized with initials using the thread color, font and embroidery placement shown in the example photos on each product page.
The holiday deadline for bag personalization is 12/16/24 at 10AM EST.
