 ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

• Orders placed on a weekday before 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally be processed and ship the next business day (M-F).

• For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.

• Please allow 3 business days from the order date for items with logos and/or personalization. 

• We are pleased to offer free standard domestic shipping for orders of $150 or more. 
  

International

• We ship internationally to Canada only. We hope to offer expanded international shipping in the future. 

• Gift orders cannot be shipped to Canada due to duties and VAT.

• Any duty and/or VAT charges incurred for Canadian shipments are payable by the customer at the time of delivery without exception. VAT and duty charges are not included in the $45 DHL International shipping charge for Canadian orders.
