We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial success by providing insightful analysis, developing accurate forecasts, and driving data-driven decision-making across all departments.
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, including sales, profit and loss (P&L), cash flow, and balance sheet projections.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, including key performance indicators (KPIs), financial dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand business objectives, translate them into financial targets and monitor performance on an ongoing basis.

Play an integral role in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including long term strategic planning and scenario analysis.

Ad hoc projects as needed, including financial modeling for new business initiatives and expansion activities.
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the fashion, apparel, and/or retail industries.

CPA or other related certification is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), financial planning and budgeting software and data visualization tools.
Salaries & Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a compelling overall compensation package including base salary ranging from $100k-$150k based on experience

Location / Travel Requirements
This position will be based at our headquarters at 12 Labriola Court, in Armonk, New York. Limited travel required.
