Summary
Holderness & Bourne is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Sales Representative for the New England Territory.
This full-time role will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with most of the greengrass and specialty retail accounts in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, northern and western New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Specific responsibilities of the role will include:

Traveling throughout the year to show/sell the Holderness & Bourne line to wholesale accounts within the defined territory

Writing sales orders, sending order confirmations, preparing previous season order analyses, attending events, and various other tasks related to the execution of sales

Supporting the logistics pipeline of our wholesale business to ensure on-time delivery of all H&B orders

This will include embroidery proof tracking, inventory management, and frequent communication with both clients and our operations team

Providing customer support to our wholesale customers and establishing client relationships with a focus on friendly, prompt, detail-oriented service

This includes providing technical product details, inventory availability and other information to wholesale customers
Travel will be substantial, with anticipated travel to all accounts and trade shows within the defined territory. The right candidate will be a team player and excellent communicator who is highly motivated, well organized, and efficient in their time management.
Qualifications will include:

Minimum 3 years experience in sales and customer service

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to change priorities quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Salaries & Benefits
This is a full-time role (salary of $32,000 plus uncapped commissions, with healthcare and retirement benefits).
