please submit your return or exchange request via the new portal linked above and not via this page.

RETURNS (Domestic Only*):

1. Enter the email address used to place the order and your Order # from your confirmation email. Your Order # appears on the top right of the invoice that was sent with your order as well.
2. Complete the additional steps in the form. 
3. A pre-paid USPS label will be generated for you upon completion of the form.

*Return shipping charges for international orders are the customer's responsibility. Contact support@hbgolf.com regarding international returns. 

EXCHANGES: 

1. Enter the email address used to place the order and your Order # from your confirmation email. Your Order # appears on the top right of the invoice that was sent with your order as well. 
2. Complete the additional steps in the form. 
3. Place a new order for the size, color or style you wish to receive in exchange.
4. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will issue a refund for the item(s), plus any shipping charges related to the exchange.

*Item(s) being returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date
